3 Milk Blend:
1 cup whole milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Sift flour and baking powder together. In a separate bowl, cream butter and the 1 cup sugar together until fluffy. Add eggs and ½ teaspoon vanilla extract and beat well with a hand mixer until well combined. Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture 2 tablespoons at a time; mix well until blended. Pour batter into USA Pan rectangle cake pan (9x13). Bake for 30 minutes or until cake tests done. Pierce the cake several times with a fork. While cake is cooling prepare the three milk blend by combining the whole milk, condensed milk, and evaporated milk. Pour over the top of cooled cake. Whip whipping cream, 1 cup of sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla together until thick and creamy. Spread over the top of cake. Serve and Enjoy! If you have left over cake refrigerate for best results.
