We value your business and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

In the event that you are unhappy with your USA Pan purchase, please contact our Customer Service Team at info@usapan.com.

Must be in new condition, unaltered and free of damages. Refunds will not be issued for used items.
Original packaging must be included with the returned item and must be unaltered and free of damages.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Cookware items must be packaged in the original white USA Pan box and include the Use & Care sheet. The white USA Pan box must be packaged in another box before being returned. Do not alter the white box or place any shipping labels on it. Items returned in only the white box or with an altered/damaged white box will not be accepted.

Inspect your items carefully upon receipt.
Customer Service must be contacted within 10 days of item receipt for any product that is received damaged.
If an online order is not received within 15 days from time of purchase, contact Customer Service.

It may take up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
Product purchased from a retail store that is received damaged or defective, must be returned to the store where purchased.

Send an email to info@usapan.com with the reason you are requesting a return and a copy or photo of your USA Pan order receipt that clearly shows
name, shipping address, billing address, and order number. Our Customer Service Team will contact you with a return authorization.
Enclose with returned item, the customer name, shipping address, phone number, email address and order number. Failure to provide this information may delay the refund.
