Pumpkin Bread
This classic pumpkin bread has all you need for your pumpkin cravings. You will want more than one slice of this moist and flavorful fall snack.

1 cup vegetable oil2 2/3 cups granulated sugar
4 large eggs
1 (15 oz.can) pumpkin
2/3 cup water
3 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
coarse white sugar for topping
Optional Extras:
1 cup chopped nuts
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
Recipe Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. If you are making plain loaves, you will use two USA Pan 1 lb. Loaf Pans. If you are using extras, you will need to use a larger USA Pan Loaf Pan. In a bowl, beat together oil, sugar, eggs, pumpkin, and water. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, nutmeg, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined. If your using extras, add them in. Divide batter evenly between your two USA Pan 1 lb. Loaf Pans. Sprinkle tops with coarse sugar. Bake bread for 60 to 95 minutes. Until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Once they have been fully baked, remove bread and let cool on a colling rack before removing from the Loaf Pan. Enjoy!
