1 cup cornmeal1 cup all-purpose flour
2/3 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. Vegatable Oil
1/2 cup softened butter
1 cup milk
1 egg (lightly beaten)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Recipe Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a medium bowl, mix the cornmeal, flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder. Whisk in the oil, butter, egg, and vanilla. Divide the batter equally among the 24 wells of your USA Pan Brownie Bite Pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the batter no longer appears wet. Allow to cool in the pan. You may need a plastic knife to pop these out of the wells. ENJOY!
