Mini Berry Pies
We took some help by using refrigerated pie crusts to make these cute little mini pies. Of course, you can always use your own favorite homeade crust as well. Flaky pie crusts filled with a sweet, strawberry filling. Adding a few blueberries makes these pop!

Ingredients
Your favorite double crust pie crust recipe OR 2 store bought pie crustsFILLING:
2 1/2 c sliced, hulled strawberries
1/4 c sugar
1/4 c flour
TOPPING:
A few blueberries
2 T milk
2 t sparking sugar or regular sugar
Recipe Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Take your pie crusts and cut out 6" rounds with a knife or a large round cutter. Fit the rounds into your USA Pan mini round cake pan. Mix up your filling and divide equally among the pie crusts. Fold the edges of the pie crusts slightly over the filling. Brush the edges with the milk and sprinkle w sugar. Place a few blueberries in the center for additional color. Bake for about 30 minutes until crust is golden brown and filling bubbles. Cool completely and then remove from pan. Enjoy with whipped cream or ice cream!
