Lasagna Cups

These lasagna cups boast a unique presentation and very big flavor! These are great if you don’t want to make an entire pan of lasagna for your family, or if you want to serve individual portions for dinner or a party. Wonton wrappers serve as the “noodles” in this lasagna are then layered with meat sauce and cheese. These cups pack all the flavor of a full-sized lasagna. Ingredients

24 wonton wrappers
1 cup ricotta cheese
2 cups sauce (or sub. for your favorite recipe, meat, or marinara)
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
fresh chopped parsley (optional)

Extras:
1 lb. of your choice of meat or veggies

Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. You will layer each cup of your USA Pan 12 cup Muffin Pan as follows: One wonton wrapper, 2 tsp. ricotta cheese, 1 Tbsp. sauce, mozzarella cheese, another wonton wrapper turned 90 degrees, 2 tsp. ricotta cheese, 1 Tbsp. sauce, and mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle tops with Parmesan cheese. Bake cups for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and wonton wrappers are golden brown. Remove from oven to cool. Let cool slightly and sprinkle with chopped parsley, if desired. Reminder: If using extras like a protein, make sure you cook fully before adding into layers. ENJOY!
