Ingredients
Wet:1 cup mashed sweet potato
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
1 1/2 Tbsp. melted coconut oil
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 egg
Dry:
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 oat flour
Optional Extras:
chocolate chips, nuts, peanut butter chips
Recipe Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl combine all the dry ingredients and whisk together. Add in wet ingredients and stir until completely combined. Pour mixture into USA Pan 8" Square Cake Pan. Bake for 22 minutes. Let it cool. ENJOY!
