1 lb. raw pizza doughEgg wash (1 egg and 1 Tbsp water)
7 mozzarella sticks (cut into 4 pieces)
1/4 cup Melted butter
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. chopped basil
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
2 Tbsp. chopped rosemary
1 clove of garlic (minced)
Warm marinara (for serving)
Recipe Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Roll out the pizza dough and then divide dough into 30 equal square pieces. Wrap the cheese in dough squares and pinch to seal. Place the sealed dough on the Half Sheet Pan in a Christmas Tree shape. Then brush the tree with the egg wash. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Whisk melted butter, garlic, and herbs in a small bowl. Once done and browned, pour the butter over the top of the bread. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top of the bread. Serve warm with marinara sauce on the side for dipping. ENJOY!
