1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable shortening- melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
Pudding Layer:
4 cup heavy cream
6 tablespoons corn starch
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Topping: 1 cup mini marshmallows
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
caramel sauce chocolate drizzle- 1/4 cup confectioner's sugar, 1/4 cup cocoa powder, 2 tablespoons milk- mix together and add more milk or sugar to get a drizzling consistency

Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Combine all brownie ingredients in a large mixing bowl, except the chocolate chips. Mix until blended and then stir in the chocolate chips. Spread into the bottom of your USA Pan springform pan and bake for 20 minutes, until brownies are done and set. Cool completely. For pudding layer: In a small bowl, combine 6 tablespoons of the heavy cream with the 6 tablespoons cornstarch. This makes a thick paste. Set aside. Heat remainder of heavy cream in medium sauce pot on medium heat until simmering. Add the paste, the chocolate chips, the sugar, and the vanilla. Stir and cook for about 8 minutes until creamy and thick. You can strain the pudding while warm if you are worried about lumps. Or, just pour into a glass bowl and press a piece of plastic wrap directly on top of pudding to prevent skin. Let cool to room temp. Once pudding has cooled, spread over the brownie layer. Sprinkle the marshmallows and mini chocolate chips over the top. Make the chocolate drizzle and drizzle this and caramel over the top also. Cover pan and refrigerate at least 8 hours. Remove from refrigerator and unlatch pan. Garnish slices with whipped cream and dusting of confectioner's sugar.
