USA Pan ® Brownie Bowl PanIngredients
4 large eggs1 1/4 cups Dutch processed cocoa powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. espresso powder
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
16 Tbsp. melted butter
2 1/4 cups granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 cups chocolate chips
Recipe Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Due to the deepness and intricacies of the Brownie Bowl Pan, you can use a coating of baking spray. Not Pam or an oil spray but baking spray that contains flour! In a large bowl mix the eggs, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, espresso powder, and vanilla. In a separate bowl, combine the melted butter and sugar, make sure you whisk vigorously. Combine the melted butter mixture with the cocoa mixture and stir until smooth. Add in the flour and chocolate chips, mix until all combined. Divide batter equally among the six wells of your USA Pan Brownie Bowl Pan. Bake for 28-30 minutes until the edges are set. The center can look moist but not undercooked. Cool entire pan on rack. You can fill these with fruit, ice cream, your favorite mousse, or whatever you would like to make this a truly decadent dessert! ENJOY!
