BBQ Chicken Nachos

3 cups cooked, shredded chicken2-3 cups BBQ sauce (your favorite!)
1 large bag of tortilla chips
2 cups shredded cheese
1/3 cup chopped red onion
1/2 cup pickled jalapenos
1/2 cup queso Blanco
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Recipe Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine chicken with 1 1/2-2 cups of BBQ sauce, depending on how saucy you like it. Layer half of the chips onto your USA Pan Half Sheet Pan. Top with half of the chicken and half of the shredded cheese. Then layer the rest of the chips and top with remaining chicken and cheese. Sprinkle jalapenos and red onion on top. Bake for 11-13 minutes. Then drizzle with queso Blanco and additional BBQ sauce. Bake for additional 3-4 minutes for everything to melt together. Top with cilantro. ENJOY!
