Baked Brie

1 baguette sliced into 1/2 inch slices1 16 oz. wheel of Brie
Topping:
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp. honey
2 Tbsp. maple syrup
3 Tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. all spice
zest of one orange
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup dried cranberries
Recipe Instructions
Place sliced baguette onto USA Pan Half Sheet Pan and toast under broiler. Then preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place the wheel of Brie into the USA Pan 6-inch Round Cake Pan and place in oven for 10-15 minutes. In a sauce pot, over medium heat, melt the butter and add the rest of the topping ingredients, saving half of the orange zest. Once the mixture boils, continue to boil for 2-3 minutes. Allow to cool for 5 minutes. Top baked Brie with the cranberry/ pecan topping and the rest of the orange zest. Serve with baguette slices. ENJOY!
