Loaded Nachos
Layers of crispy chips, spicy beef, beans, and melted cheese make these nachos a must at your next party. Really easy to put together, and we like to throw the toppings in the middle and serve right from the pan. Makes entertaining even easier!!

Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil1/2 medium yellow onion, diced
2 pounds ground beef
1 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 (14.5 ounce) can pinto beans
1/2 cup hot water
Tortilla chips
3 cups assorted grated cheese (Cheddar/Monterey Jack- or whatever your preference)
Toppings:
Sour cream, pico de gallo, guacamole, jalapeños, cilantro, onions, olives- whatever you like!
Recipe Instructions
In a large skillet, heat olive oil on medium and sauté onion. Add beef and cook until browned. Drain fat. Add in all seasonings and stir. Add in water and can of beans. Let this summer and reduce. Place a layer of chips on your USA Pan half sheet pan. We left a space in the middle to use for our toppings. Add the beef mixture on top of the chips, followed by a layer of cheese. Keep layering the chips, beef, and cheese until you have your desired amount. Leftover beef can be used another day or for tacos! Place pan under broiler to melt cheese. Place toppings in middle of pan and scatter with cilantro or other additional toppings.
